Salon Policies
$120 holding deposits are required when booking with us, This is to reserve a specific date & time for you and not allow other bookings.
The holding deposit will be taken off your service bill.
48 hrs is required for any cancelation / change of appointment. In case of a late cancellation, late change or no show we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your booked service fee.
We send reminders 72 hrs before your appointment to allow for last min changes (outside the 48hr period)
This helps us cover the costs lost for wages and running of the salon.
We understand sometimes changes and cancelations can happen, please allow us 48hrs notice so we can fill the appointment slot.

50% non refundable deposit is required when ordering custom hair extensions.
This is taken off your extension service bill.

We love kids and babies so much! However our salon is very small & there are many dangers, Hot and sharp tools & of course strong chemicals. Im sorry we cannot accomodate children.

We don't like spam call or emails so rest assured we wont disclose your details to anyone.

Thank you for letting us take before & after photo's of your hair! We always ask permission and if you don't want your face in the photo's let us know. We use the photos to showcase our work on social media and our website. Please let us know if you would like us not to share your hair images.

A skin patch test is recommended by all colour companies, if you have ever had a reaction to colour before or have sensitive skin please book in for a consultation prior to your appointment for us to perform a skin sensitivity test.
